The Dragon Cake
For Li's birthday, we are having a knight and dragon party. He requested a blue dragon cake. There are some really amazing cakes out there, but my skills are rather limited. We finally settled on one like this. When I showed Poppa, he said I was getting out a little ahead of my skis. Oh well. I decided to give it a go anyway. I found some directions here, although I used 3 1/2 rounds instead of 2 with 2 cake mixes.
He was so excited! And I was happy too! And Poppa was pleasantly surprised. :)
