Shut the Box

We learned how to play this game from the November 2011 edition of FamilyFun magazine. 

To play, you need dice (2) and numbers written on paper from 1 to 9.

Each player rolls at his/her turn. Then crosses out either the value of the individual die OR the sum of those dice. So if you roll a 3 and a 1, you can either cross out the 1 and 3 or 4. The winner is the one that crosses out all of the numbers first!

This is a great game to play while you are waiting!
