Our folksong for this term is Billy Boy, Billy Boy, Charming Billy. There are lots of versions of this song that we've found one in English, Irish, and American and various others.
This is our favorite recording. I think we will make up a few verses of our own, since that seems to be the thing new versions tend to do, adding to the things the young thing can do. We'll share them here when we've written them. :)
