On the Autumnal Equinox (September 21), we set up our nature table. It includes: Indian corn, seeds: sunflower and corn, pods, cones, dried flowers, rocks, acorns, walnuts, buckeyes, dried and new leaves, helicopters, dried gourds, squash, pumpkins, a miniature straw bale, wreath of dry grass, and pressed butterflies.
For Michaelmas, we read revelations 12: 7-9 and flew kites.
"Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him."

And for Thanksgiving, we had the traditional feast AND our annual cornucopia of thanks.

Thanks. I think we are going to do some of the same things from last year: Advent: Mary’s Star Trip, 12 Days of Christmas with wax stick animals, Jesus' birthday party, and Valentine's Day.
