Here are our suggestions for a meal at the beach with kids:
- sandwiches or subs that can be passed out in halves or fourths (if one part is lost to the sand, you've got the other)
- fruits that you don't cut: apples and bananas or those that can be eaten one at a time: raspberries and strawberries
- individually wrapped cookies
- carrot and celery sticks (if you like dip, put it in small containers)
- lots of water (bring individual cups and a jug)
