For the Birds

The Magic Onions had a terrific idea

that we had to try.

It's a yarn ball to hang from a tree,

so the birds can have bits of color

for their nests.

Stephanie said...: We put all sorts of things in ours... roving, hair from all of us, handspun yarn... We had Pine Siskins a couple of months ago that were constantly nipping at our heart-shaped wire box--they took almost all of the roving! :)
