Tree Study: Weeping Cherry Blossom Tree

Every year we choose a new tree to study through the seasons.
This year we've chosen the weeping cherry blossom tree.

Our tree is a pink snow showers. It can grow up to 10-15 feet and spreads out to 15-20 feet.
Right now ours is 6 feet tall and 15 feet around the spread of leaves.
It attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.

Have you done a tree study?

Wishing you homeschool blessings,
Bethany

  2. This is something I really really really would like to do with my children. I just always manage to NOT find time to do it! How do you ACTUALLY incorporate it into your year? Great work!
